'What? No one around me. Something needs to be done. A friend, a companion, someone to talk to. Someone just like me but independent minded. Someone I can hang with. Well, let's see ... ' excerpt from Diaries of YHVH Now I'm no expert when it comes to physics or astronomy but it seems that people are getting more interested in just how everything came to happen. The present 12 billion year old big bang theory seems to explain the infinite expanding universe - infinite expanding because apparently space doesn't contain enough matter to create the gravitational forces necessary to contract the universe at any particular point. |
The initial big bang is theorised to have come from a rather large point source of energy all of a sudden transforming itself into matter - anti-matter particles of uneven distribution - which battle the matter particles won out and expanded to become the universe we now find ourselves in. Interesting. However, one has to wonder - where did that point source of energy come from? More importantly (if the theory is right) we and all things around us are in fact made of that energy stuff - therefore, no matter what differences we perceive, we are really one substance. The natural world around us is filled with variety - different shapes, substances, forms, etc. - however all made up of particles be they photons, atoms, quarks or strings. Since all these particles exhibit different characteristics depending on their combination and environment we perceive distinctions. |
|
In reality the only distinction is in their particular expression. Intrinsically, therefore, there are no good or bad manifestations - just stuff all made of the same basic material, energy. What does this all mean?Simply put, there are no fundamental differences that exist in nature outside of our perception and understanding. In other words, in God's mind we are one. Standing on a cliff overlooking the ocean can be awe-inspiring. The immensity of a seemingly limitless skyline is a humbling experience. We feel thankful for the sight and our place in the scheme of things. We recognize there are things too big for us to fully comprehend at a glance. |
Similarly astronomers are humbled when looking out into the universe, particularly through the Hubble telescope. Who can truly comprehend the possibilities of life and other civilizations among the 50 billion+ galaxies calculated to exist in the known universe - each galaxy containing 200 million or more stars? However there is one thing we know for sure. We all come from the same source. We are all made up of the same substance. Whether aliens or family, rocks or plants, machines or stars there is no difference in the source of our creation. Now if you think about that - I mean really sit down and mull that idea over in your mind for awhile - that is a truly humbling perception. |

'Evolution is nothing more than natural wisdom refitting itself in the expanding universe' quote from The Sage of the Upper North No pain, no gain.Whenever expansion takes place the inertia present resists. Whether that inertia is present in the individual or the environment it needs to be displaced in order for growth to happen. Resistance to change is natural when that system or body becomes complacent - satisfied to feed on itself or its environment despite obvious and increasing harmful effects. The world we live in, unfortunately, is at such a stage of resistance. The people on this planet have opted wholesale to accept a consumer based culture rather than a more wholesome and growth potential creative and exploratory culture. Consequently the expansion needed to balance the expanding universe (which keeps expanding anyways and waits for no one) is not forthcoming. |
This imbalance brings about a friction/grinding on the planet which we see manifested in more violent attitudes and behaviour and even in increasing natural disasters. The only way to save the planet and restore the balance is to change the perception and understanding of people in order to change their behaviour. This is not an easy thing to do given the greed and laziness prevalent in human society but by constant application of certain spiritual techniques it can be done. If humanity does not evolve, it dies. 'One thought properly focused can bring life or death' from The Collected Sayings of Master Gold Human beings have a tremendous natural ability extremely recognizable from early childhood - belief in what they imagine. The imaginary worlds that children create to amuse themselves or escape from the world around them are so real because they believe in them. Even if only for a short time, these play worlds occupy the time, attention and imaginations of most children. |
|
As children grow and are trained to occupy a place in the adult world their imaginary worlds become distant but not forgotten memories - hidden deep within themselves as if waiting for the right time to re-emerge. Often these memories subconsciously help adults cope with the world around them. However, the fact that a person's mind through belief can be altered to perceive a different reality (whether as a child or not) is the key to saving this planet. As an example suppose there are two architects. Both have different visions for the same shopping mall. One tends to be opulent and environmentally intrusive although consumer friendly. The other is environmentally sensitive, unobstrusive and consumer practical. Both need to draw customers and make money for the vendors and builders alike. |
If the community believes that land needs outweigh attraction needs then chances are the second architect will get to build his vision. However if the community thinks that extravagance is worth the price of environmental degradation then the first architect will probably get the commission. The community belief (or world belief) concerning anything most times will bring to pass the physical manifestation of that idea. If people believe that one thing is more important than another then in their minds they will perceive the need to have that more important item. Therefore the perception of a different reality through belief will eventually supplant the current standard and bring to pass that new reality. |

Most advertising, schooling, government policy, social programming, etc. seeks to persuade people to support this consumer planet we live on. However this 'reality' is not the only reality. A more wholesome and beneficial reality for mankind exists within the mind of God. 'Where there is no vision, the people perish:' from Proverbs 29:18 KJV The odd thing about human nature is how easily a fearful thought can be sown into the mind causing an altered behaviour opposite to the norm. For instance, a person wants to take an evening walk down the block. It's a beautiful warm night and so without a thought he/she sets off, walks around the block, feels refreshed and relaxed and settles back into their home. |
Now just suppose that same person wanting to take a walk gets a thought in their mind just before leaving that he/she might pick up a stalker, or a gang from another neighbourhood might choose that evening to visit, or a car accident might happen close to where she is walking, etc. By entertaining that thought he/she might never leave the house, never get refreshed and maybe have a restless night. Even though a simple example these situations happen - the fearful thought can alter behaviour as it changes a person's mind producing a different perception of reality. Similarly, a faithful thought can alter abnormal behaviour as reality is perceived more hopefully and positively. The question is 'How does one implant faithful thoughts into people around the world?' |
|
The answer is through prayer - not just ordinary praying good things or well-wishes for people but deliberately praying wise concise truths that people everywhere need to believe in order that their minds, perception of reality and ultimate behaviour changes. After all, prayer is really a child's imagination focussed in a particular direction. Great men through the centuries have always been able to impress their reality on others around them - for benefit or harm - through their belief and personalities. History is filled with examples - Kennedy, Mao-tse Tung, Ghandhi, Hitler, Jesus, etc. What prevents everyman from being great? The world around us has become very mechanistic and technical, unnurturing to human souls and planet life, but at the same time a spiritual dynamic is increasing throughout the world. No religion can touch this and no guru can prevent this next evolutionary step in mankind's growth. Hopefully every person will increasingly realise their connection with God, one another and the planet and behave accordingly. Mankind's perception of reality can change to benefit this planet and the people who live on it. |
